What to Expect:

You will be engaged in a collaborate and active process beginning with goal identification. We will work together to uncover the automatic thoughts that are getting in the way of you achieving your goal(s)  then guide you to critically evaluate those thoughts through questioning and/or experimentation. This process can lead to new hard-wiring and habits that will reinforce your desired changes.
