Nursing & Sleep

As a recently-retired nurse who still works casual shifts, my day-to-day schedule isn't always consistent. In developing her coaching plan, Jennifer took this into consideration and helped me find a way to sleep better despite my sometimes inconsistent hours. Happier& Healthier

I had the pleasure of working with Jen for six sessions. I was diagnosed with insomnia 14 years ago, and it had become more challenging after having kids and a husband with sleep apnea (now treated). I was averaging 2-3 hrs of sleep every day. With Jenn’s help I can happily say I am sleeping more soundly, and am a happier, healthier version of myself.
