I bring my authentic self and genuineness to every client I encounter. This creates a speed of trust, giving clients a comfort to reveal their stories and allow an openness that facilitates deep meaningful conversations. I believe the focus needs to be on building and revealing people’s strengths versus fixing their weaknesses. Everyone has the capacity and energy to truly thrive. I am passionate and honored to facilitate people’s journey's for personal change where their full potential is actualized. With a 25-year history in counselling and mental health, I utilize cognitive behavioral, solution-focused and positive psychology approaches. As a ‘Brain-Based’ coach, I will help you discover new insights and inspiration to achieve your life dreams.

 

 

 

 

In my spare time, you will see me riding my tandem with my husband exploring the trails or enjoying a cup of coffee at a new café. I love to spend time experimenting in the kitchen and hanging with friends.

Restoring Sleep

Sleep is the foundation of life and when it is disrupted every aspect of our being is out of balance. Life is not as bright; our movements are slower and our ability to fully enjoy life is impaired. I believe we can all return to our natural state of sleep by changing habits and embracing new strategies. The results will be a mentally, emotionally and physically healthier you. Sleep is a necessity not a luxury!

I believe sleep is powerful and it is available to us all with a little help.

My Mission

My mission is to assist people on their journey towards fulfillment and balance by unleashing their potential and dreams. I believe change starts within and radiates out. I believe everyone strives for purpose, connection and peace and I am here to facilitate that journey.
